Yes. In fact this is primarily the way we providing support to our local clients, with the Cape Peninsula. It means that your downtime is minimal and you do not need to waste yout time and effort taking the computer somewhere, waiting several days, and then have to collect and set it all up again.

Yes. If we are unable to provide the necessary support on site due to technical reasons or simply because the work may entail long periods of the technical doing nothing constructive, such as lengthy drive scans, then it is more cost effect for both you and us to complete the work off site. In which case we will collect, deliver and reconnect.
